When my wife and I were looking to make the move from the Bay Area to Austin, TX, we had a few apprehensions. Where should we look? How much should we spend? How soon should we take the plunge? This was only exacerbated by the fact that this was our first home purchase. However, Todd Kurio made the process of working through this whole financial fun land an incredibly easier pill to swallow. He treated us with respect, spoke with us even in the late hours of the evening and he always seemed to have a pleasant demeanor.
