Customer service is very important to me and I am willing to pay extra for it. Adam and his staff are extremely professional and always willing to go above and beyond to help a customer. I would specially like to thank Jessi she has helped me through the process of obtaining my first life insurance policy and walked me through the process and made sure I understood. I have since added more policies because of the service I have received. They are always easy to get ahold of if I have any questions about my policies. Luckily with Adam and Jessi I get the great customer services for a great price!

I have nothing but positive words for Adam and his team in this office! They are always there to help you, and I really mean HELP you. They actually want to make sure you are getting the best deals and Jessi is always more than happy to help accommodate any of your questions, concerns, or requests! I started with them years ago as a young driver and after my old insurance company raised my prices, this team got me down to an amazing rate and really made sure I understood everything! Very incompetent specially this lady named Alejandra , I was their customer for almost three years until they started raising the price on my policy without a reason, I called multiple times before I cancelled my policy and asked if there was anything they could do for me so I stay with them and talked to this lady (alejandra) and she was not helpful at all, she supposed to call me back to let me know and never did, so then I just called and cancelled my relationship with them.
