I was a member of LGECCU for 19+ years...The service went from awesome to AWFUL...Customer service/returning phone calls; NON EXISTENT..Final straw, LGECCU deactivated my debt card for NO reason at all.I deposited 800.00+ on a friday, next day debt card will NOT work. Their Visa dept was clueless. NO WAY to reach anyone on a weekend. That weekend was spent at home with NO gas NO money...NOT even an apology from LGECCU!! They blamed ME saying card never activated which was a LIE!! ROT LGECCU....................

I always get overseas withdraw fees after I had gave them my military orders to be overseas for a year. I had called a Ken of mine and the bank had told them that the orders were never on file (LIE) so I can add up all the overseas fees for a year and ask for a refund for at least $200

THE ATM NEVERR WORKS AND I PUT MY MONEY IN AND IT TOOK IT AND DIDNT DEPOSIT INTO MY ACCOUNT!! NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION THEY COULDNT EVEN HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK THE DAY I NEEDED IT !!! I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS

This branch is extremely short staffed. Wait times are ridiculous. Three people in main lobby doing nothing while teller lines are backed up. Longtime LGE member this is super disappointing.
