PSCU was very helpful, kind and efficient when I wanted to set up new accounts for savings, checking, and open a credit card. The representative gave me several suggestions, offered to open an account for overdraft protection as well which was terrific! It only took 20 minutes! I love that they are a credit union so there are less fees and lower interest rates for a credit card than I could get at a regular bank. I was surprised that you could get an account/membership here without nepotism as long as you live locally, the credit unions I am used to are quite exclusive!

Went to deposit nearly $600 in cash, but first to make sure I got a receipt. The teller didnt deposit it apparently and when I called the next morning to find out what happened they told me there was nothing they could do because it was shared branch and two weeks later even my actual credit union has had no luck getting a resolution. Watch out for the employees here, faulty banking practices

They are always very friendly! The honestly want to help you with whatever they can. On occasion they are a bit slow, but I think most of that is due to them being busy. I am a member of another credit union, but they will do just about anything a branch of my credit union will do. And that is perfect considering they are so much closer to me!

Nice branch, convenient location, The employees are professional and do a great job. They are never crowed and if there is a long line it moves fairly quick! Being from Texas im glad to have found another great Credit Union Bank out here in Colorado! Will recommend this bank to everyone!

Be careful with this credit union. They will cash your checl multiple times and then hit you for an ungodly amount of money. Theire 1800 number doesnt work and no one in any of the branches is capable of helping or knowledgable in any kind of helpful way. They are thieves.

I keep calling to try and pay my car and they keep hanging up on me. Every time I call I never have any problems and now no one seems to be able to help me out. I keep getting transfered and transfered and they keep hanging up. Its really frustrating. Horrible service

Regina helped me out with my account. Another branch made a mistake and took 1000 dollars out of my account and Regina helped me for awhile and we got it all figured out. She is the best person iv ever worked with at a bank.

The wait is almost always 10-30 mins. the people are nice however their customer service center is horrible! Iam constantly being hung up on and they are always rude
