I am a new client in this city of Hialeah, and this water department Hialeah, is the worst in Florida, three weeks waiting for me to send the tank waste, according as they investigate that have water bill with the city. And then I do with the trash of those three weeks where the shot? .., let me irla to throw the mayor of Hialeah house while they investigate it? ... Perhaps I will discount the collection of garbage, by the 3 week without tank, which city more disorganized and that Disen that the city is progressing, but if it progresses, but backwards.

It is the most disorganized, frustrating, arrogant and misguided I remember in my life, 6 windows service clinte and only one has employee assigned site, others appear to be ornamental employees treat with arrogance, it seems that is an office located in Cuba and directed by the communists and not in USA.

They don’t help you don’t answer your emails with questions or concerns after Hurricane Irma we had a leak and they always try to hold you accountable for things my bill was $1040 no joke! I had to pay the whole thing in full if not they would cutt off our water in our home ! Very unprofessional and rude customer service . Please someone in the government investigate this department they are stealing from their customers this needs to be investigated many complains everyday

Worst experience ever, not enough employees to help the customers, not organized at all, 6 customer service windows and just 3 open, they dont follow the line in order they just help whoever they want. This place its a disrespect to what customer service means in this country and because of places like this its why Hialeah isnt a better city. How many tax dollars could it take to put 3 more employes in this place??? And who does something about so many bad reviews and no change at all!!

The after hrs crew needs to be the main crew and the main crew fired the after hrs are more proffesional then the ones attending the people during office hrs. This place is absolutely horrible, office is a chaos, unprofessional and liars telling me to call at 5pm if no one has showed to my house to connect the water and when i called i was told they cant do anything till office hrs. This is the worse customer service you can have here. It is beyond stupid to have to make two lines. Not only that but you have 2-3 people at a window but have waiting over 20 people and with each they take no less then 10-15 min. Supper disappointed with this service.

I hate to agree with all the other negative reviews, but the average wait is 2-3 hours. The staff gets easily frustrated at senior citizens and yells at them. These employees are either rude or overworked and bitter.
