Abstract Moto

I called to check on the availability of a part. Spoke to Richard who confirmed they had it, and was very nice and professional. When I arrive I speak to an older gray-haired guy with glasses. When I tell him what part I need, he lets out a sigh and rolls his eyes at my request. I express my disgust at his lack of professionalism to do a simple task (and how he was mocking my request) and call him out on it. He then says "I have a cold." Do not insult my intelligence dude...if you dont know how to do your job correctly, leave and do something else. I cant speak badly of the rest of the staff as they seem professional, but I will not be going back.

I had brought my old Honda CB650 and a Kawasaki there for service in the past and had great service. Did inspections and had a tire replaced on my Kawasaki. Some may complain about their policy on putting on parts they sell BUT if that keeps a local shop in business, I have NO problems with it.
