I retired early and took Cobra for 18 months. Today I signed up for a plan on “the Exchange” to be effective November 1. I really appreciate having a brick and mortar location to go with an appointment and talk to a live human being. I met with Tai last month while in the research phase, and she was super professional and explained all my options clearly. Today she helped me sign up and the process was stress free and easy. Like everyone I wish I could get a better policy for a lower price, but Tai helped me understand that I qualified for a subsidy. She filed the needed paperwork for me and submitted my application. I am very happy with the professionalism and service offered. THANK YOU!!

This company has the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. I put a card on file to auto pay when I signed up, They dropped me and my wife and made us pay for doctors visits out of pocket , because the auto pay did not work. Then we had to go through the market place to get them to reinstate us. You call to get a person who will transfer you to a person who will waste your time, and then will transfer you to somebody else who cannot help you. If you love to have your time and money wasted then this is the company for you!!!!!
