Very disappointed with service and pricing. I made multiple calls to answer a single question regarding cost and coverage and never had the question answered. After having all manner of alternative coverages offered and never getting my original question answered I opted for another insurance company. The other company offered a far lower premium with the same coverage. I saved approximately 300.00. I have worked with the other company before and they have consistently shopped my insurance when the premiums began to creep up. Finally, when I cancelled the policy the young lady I spoke with was a bit on the rude side. I will not use this State Farm again nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

I could not be happier with my switch to the Nickas office! After moving to Jacksonville from Illinois, long story short, I got a bad agent and was miserable with my coverage; over priced, questions not being answered, etc. After my switch to Michael Nickas, it was like a night and day change. Him and Brandi answered every single one of my questions and took the time to truly explain to me what I was getting in my insurance and how I could be impacted with each of my decisions. They welcomed me in with open arms and I am so thankful with my decision to switch. If you are considering switching to their office, I highly recommend you do so!

I came into contact with this State Farm office seeking information and came into contact with Kathleen Bouton. She was extremely helpful and friendly. She explained several different type of policies to enhance my current auto, home, business and life. It is unusual to have an opportunity to speak to someone who takes the time to explain each facet of the policies rather that have someone who is not as articulate and trying to shove unnecessary policies down your throat and then lose patience who you decline their overtures. Thanks for not losing that human touch

I just moved to Jacksonville from Texas and I was searching for a good agent to transfer my insurance. I was bit skeptical about the online reviews but when I called them I can find that all those reviews are true. I was attended by Shayna Sow and she did a very excellent job.
