GET READY FOR DISAPPOINTMENT This was quite an experience. I was told that the lawyer on staff named David would be able to close my house fairly quickly. A month later Im still waiting. This is nothing more than lack of leadership. I have contacted them through emails and phone no luck. With David, your going to be lucky if you get one phone call per week after your deadline. I clearly was not a priority and Im fine with that. But what i dont want is to get strung along while my buyer is pulling their hair out. At least tell me up front that you have better things to do, different customers to help or you simply dont want my business. Then I can go find a company that does. I dont expect anyone to sit on the phone with me and hold my hand but i would like some kind of update. Maybe a 4 word email. Still working on it. or, I need more time. 2 examples is enough. I could have easily lost this house. Thanks Dave! Side Note Erin did a fantastic job trying to cover for her boss. All jokes aside- any title company out there that would like a hard worker email Erin. Shes ready for a promotion. She needs to be in an environment that she can grow. With my particular situation she was not able to help. Although I didnt call and complain over the phone Im sure she could understand my frustration. Especially after day 20. Yeah 20. Its 30 now.

I am in the miilitary and due to a PCS transfer to another state I was forced to conduct a short-sale of my residence in Jacksonville, FL. I was extremely concerned about the process since I had never done this before and I would not be readily available to handle any issues with the process. I turned to Landmark Title for help and immediatly they began the process of working with prospective buyers and negotiating with my mortgage provider. Within a few months they had resolved all the issues with the short-sale and negotiated a sale price that was half of what I owed without me being held liable for the remaining balance. I can not tell anyone enough what an excellent service they provided to me and completely handled the transaction without me having to deal with the issues on my own or even at all. I now know that I could have not completed this without thier service! I highly recommed thier services to anyone, especially someone like myself who was not able to deal with the issues of a short-sale while living in another state. Also for the service provided it was more than worth the small fee they charged. Thank You!

I attended a closing here in May of 2017, it was very clean and comfortable. Refreshments were offered with clean restrooms. Staff is pleasant and professional as well. Parking is a bit tight and if your traveling South on Southside Blvd, be careful not to pass the business park it is located in because you cannot see the building from the street.
