I have all of my insurance with this agent/agency! Staff does a great job! I have read some of the negative reviews and from my experience this is not the normal operation. I have several family members and friends that have their insurance at this agency and all are very pleased with the service. In insurance, as with all large companies, there are many different levels. The agency is just your point of contact. Mistakes can happen at the agency, but my experience has shown it happens more often at the regional office. The staff of the agency fights for the policy owners to help them get the right insurance for their needs. They are also the ones who review your policies and make suggestions to lower your cost. I would suggest making an appointment and have your policies reviewed to make sure you are paying the least amount for the coverages you need. As life goes on, your needs change.
