The owner was walking around eating while yelling at customers to come back because they were busy. She was very nasy and rude when asked questions. The owner was also unable to answer imsurance questions correctly and when her mistakes were pointed out she became even nastier! Her attitude almost cost me nearly 2,000. I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY. I was quoted a 800.00 a month policy, but when I called insurance directly I got a policy for 140.00 a month!

I like this company. They really try to help you find the best rate! I even was short a couple of dollars and they helped me out until payday. I think some people have bad experiences because they cannot understand the directness in their demeanor. They are straight to the point people with no time to waste. I can truly appreciate this!

Hi do not deal with carter put 384 down on ins 10 days later they called me and said I need to pay 280 in 5 days and in 5 more days pay 188 go to a real inc company I wish I did
