Purchased a policy after being with a competitor for 20 years. For the first year my policy was fine. 2 years ago start getting regular (every 6 months calls) to come in and review my policy. This is an attempt to cross-sell upsell customers. Each time, my policy has increased $100 every six months. After this last round of increase/calls, I emailed the office and stated I was not renewing my policy. Called to follow up about changing was informed that no one notated my account. Additionally, I have always marked that I am a Do not Call Do not Solicit and all of my accounts settings were changed!

Man, I just love going in Kim’s office! They always hand out cool free stuff. Her staff is so friendly and they always go out of their way to help me. They were able to get my premiums down by finding other discounts I was eligible for. No company has ever taken the time to look into my accounts and find ways to cut costs and still keep the coverage I need for myself and my family, until I came here. I’ll never leave!

Got a good quote for my niece who is a new driver after shopping around. We gave all information and signed the policy. Not the preliminary....the complete contract. One week later they upped the premium by over $200 per month stating that it had to be adjusted based on the information that was already given. Nothing has changed. However we are on the road to fixing it with the help of the owner.
