I was in business almost 30 years, when I first met Frank Jones. I had a long time agent, but I was running into new request that he just could not handle. I went shopping and after interviewing and being interviewed by 5 different agencies, I was losing hope. That is when Frank Jones appeared. He went to work on my insurance request the day we met. He kept in touch with me daily. He was able to secure me the policy I needed to keep a big account. Frank Jones is an honorable, above board guy, who tells you the facts, works to give you as many options as possible and is just always there. My wife used to say, he somehow seemed to be able to fit 48 hours into a 24 hour day. I am retired now and my business is closed, but Mints agency and Frank Jones are still my insurance company. I could not endorse a person or company that I did not believe in, but I whole heartedly endorse Frank Jones and the Mints agency
