Cancelled my dental insurance twice with a letter stating they tried to reach me,despite automatic bill pay. Called today and again the problem is computer issues. Got an enormous bill from my dentist and now need to work that out. Woman on the phone could barely speak English, only staying with them because I need some work done.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. THEY FAILED TO PROCESS MY BILL WITH THE AUTO-PAY INFORMATION I PROVIDED, AND THEN, THEY CANCELLED ME FOR NON-PAYMENT. STUPID AND INCOMPETENT. IT IS ALMOST WORTH THE 3 HOUR DRIVE TO JACKSONVILLE TO DEAL WITH THIS IN PERSON. SUPERVISORS NEVER CALL YOU BACK. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Just try and get ahold of them. What a joke. Screwed my coverage up. Canceled me without notification. Reinstated me after 6 calls from us and numerous calls from my Dentist office. I finally got ahold of some who i could understand. Not sending me osyment bills
