I have been with Stephanie Ando Insurance for almost 20 years!!! If this dedication to one insurance company and one insurance agent does not speak for itself then nothing will ;-) Working with Stephanie and being her client was and still is total pleasure. She has been and continues to be a TRUE professional!!!. Her dedication has insured absolutely no interruption in policy coverage for my house and car. This is especially significant taking under consideration that my military career had me moving between states and deploying overseas all the while I maintained my primary property here in Florida. I HIGHLY recommend Stephanie Ando as an insurance agent. She will NOT let you down and will get you best coverage based on your needs ;-)

Took 6 months to get a windmitigation discount applied to our homeowner policy, for whatever reason we were not kept informed of the reason (s ) for the delay. The person handling is no longer with the company. We were told that the discount would be applied retroactively, however, without apology, Mrs Ando advised us that we were misinformed and there is nothing she could do about it. Umph! We have had allstate for over 2 decades, loved, loved our original agent Rufus Dow. ..
