I have had the worst experience ever with this company!! They debited my account for an additional 15$ after I terminated my policy several days prior.I called them to see what had happened they said it was a small mistake and they would refund my account within a few business days.I called back 5 days later because funds were not put back and no one had a clue what had happened or that I had spoke to someone already, so i had to explain the situation to someone else. A second lady by the name of sandra said they were going to refund my acct the day we spoke.3 DAYS later (10 days total since funds were debited)still no refund so I called again only to be told there was no note of anything that had happened or that i had spoke to 2 ladies already, so I was transferred a 3rd time to someone else who claims the refund will be in put back in my acct in a few more days. I have never gone through so much for 15$..horrible customer service!!!

The worst. Had our car insurance with Buddy for over 25 years. Switched and saved over $300 a month with better coverage and the deductible dropped from to $500 from $1000 - same cars. When I called the office to question this I was told to cancel my policy for a while and than come back as a new customer in a few months and they could give me a better deal. I felt so ripped off - I have nothing good to say about Buddy Milton Allstate Insurance.
