My daughter helped us move from Atlanta to Savannah and stayed with us for about a month. Without telling me, the State Farm insurance company snooped, researched, and made assumptions 10 months after the fact that my daughter was still living with us and was driving my car. Because of this, they doubled my insurance premium. About the only thing they did do correctly was try to follow up with me AFTER I attempted to contact them about the matter. They failed to get through my spam filter (not their fault, but mine) and attempted to phone me, but failed because I am tough to get on my phone. Nevertheless, they never asked, never (to my knowledge) sent a letter asking about my daughter and her status. They ASSUMED and PRESUMED to think that she was here, when she has not been for nearly a year!

3 months ago someone named Shonta wrote a review beginning with "this is the most unprofessional company I have ever been with...." I am currently experiencing the EXACT same issue as she did with a different set of paperwork. They never - NEVER - answer the phone. You ALWAYS have to leave a message and are lucky to get a call back 4 hours later (yes I am calling within the 9-5 business window). I go above their head now as the main number for State Farm always answers and then they call the agent and miraculously can get them to pick up as if they have a Red, State Farm bat-phone or something. Seriously! I will say that they are professional on the phone and rates are good - but you have to get them on the phone first!

I have had a great experience with the Luka Cline State Farm Agency. I currently have 2 vehicles, my home, a life insurance policy and umbrella policy with their Agency and feel I am more than adequately covered without paying ridiculous rates! I actually saved money by moving all of my policies over to State Farm almost 2 years ago. I have since had a Homeowners claim which was handled in a very timely manner and the roof on our home was fully covered. I would definitely recommend this particular agency -- they have great customer service, and my agent is always available to answer any questions I may have!!

I was up in the air about my insurance. I called State Farm and talked with Taylor Brett for probably longer than i should have. He answered all the questions that i asked him. He helped me in so many ways that i cant explain. Taylor broke everything down to me in a way that i can understand insurance quotes and coverages. He is such a great people person and i will call him for all my insurance needs. I Will definitely stay with him and State Farm for all my insurance needs. He is such a positive salesman.

This is a true review with all of the verifiable facts. Bought auto + bike policy about a year ago, experienced about 5 rate increases due to "underwriters" in a period of roughly one year. I never filed claims or got any tickets. Constant headache with this company. First my bill was 100, then I added another car, which obviously increased premium but only to 170. Then, my bill became 225, and now they billed me $380 for this month and I have only 85 bmw and 04 hyundai!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Taylor Bret was Sooo amazing he checked up on my situation and even though my car fell through he offered to find a dealership that could help me I truly appreciate his amazing customer service and him taking the extra mile once I hung the phone up I had to tell you what an amazing job he did definitely going to keep you on the top of my list for any insurance needs he deserves a raise
