This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. They did not send me a notice telling me my insurance would be cancelled and when i called to speak with them the associate had a very very nasty attitude. If you can avoid this bum of a company please do. They are only out for self. i refuse to give them any stars.. Sorry Sorry Sorry. Do better or close down. I do not see how they got an At rating.. it would not let me submit without a star but one star is too good for them.

I initially received my policy 1-17-16 at $204/month online. Then received a letter in the mail a week or two later saying I now have a premium of $240/month. Called a week later to add a person and was told my premium went up again and is now $295 before I even had a chance to add another driver. I was advised adding the other person would increase my monthly premium 50 more dollars. This is a scam. RUN!!!

This company will close their doors on Sunday the due date of your payment and then say you were late paying. I called spoke to Claudia. And had the rudest conversation. This insurance company seems to have many problems. I should have looked at their website reviews first. A very regretful policy holder.

Absolutely horrible, wish I would have seen their bad reviews before. Never again would I use them and never would I recommend them. Do not ever use this company. Like all others have said, I wish I could give negative stars. Literally no point in having this insurance. Take the fines.

I think they are crooked. I took out an auto insurance policy with them & made the initial down-payment but never received declaration page or payment schedule. They cancelled my policy 30 days later without even notifying me.
