I was not a satisfied customer. My need was to get some help planning a 2-week trip to the Southwest US, coming up in about 3 months. First of all, it took 3 days to get to speak to the right person. I left messages; calls were not returned. After persisting, the contact person who supposedly handles these types of things was not helpful. She acted as if she did not have the knowledge to plan this type of car trip. She said she would call me back with some information/options, but that was days ago. I have now contacted another travel agency.

They were able to get my A/C recharged and back in working order, but there was a bit of a wait as there is only 1 guy in the place who does this sort of work. PS I replaced every o-ring in the system along with the condenser coil (had a hole in it) before I took it in to get evacuated. Good work and even got a 10% discount on labor (or was it materials) with my AAA membership. My defroster should work much better this winter now. Thanks AAA on Mansell

Every time my 2000 Toyota needs service I take it to AAA Car Care. I am thoroughly pleased with the service. The service agents are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. My car always seems to run better after they service it. They have a courtesy car if you need a ride to and from. In addition, AAA has a great reputation for travel and insurance information and there are agents present to help you anytime.

Service was friendly, cost effective and considering I dropped in without an appointment, they were efficient as well. The waiting room is very small and on that particular day, it was crowded, made the wait feel worse than it actually was. A better waiting area would be my only concern if I was there for something that took a couple of hours.

Great service department and staff. Straight up talk and told me could take an hour as they were busy but got me out in 40 min for an oil change.. Place is clean and they have computers you can use while you wait. I will go there again.

took the time to schedule an appointment, arrived 15 minutes early and my car was not pulled into the stall until 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. With an appointment 1 hour and 45 minutes for an oil change!
