Just found out they have been stealing my money!!!! When I ordered my 200 mile RV towing, the incompetent salesman got me the 100 mile!!!! Would really be upset if I broke down 150 miles out!!! Been a member 37 years and looks like they lost a customer!!!!!! Waited over half and hour for the manager but he must have been having too much fun from all the laughing from his office! Sad! !

Worst AAA ever. I went with my wife and my 2 kids to do only a change of address for DMV and we saw other people that came after us going first, after 30 minutes waiting I stood up again and went to the "check in" counter and they forgot to check me in.....racist??? So bad it is the only AAA for palmdale and Lancaster.

I use AAA quite a bit. I go to several of them. This one is notso bueno. Been there three time and it is pandemonium. I think the AV needs an additional office. Will try Santa Clarita next time.

Fast and courteous service. The staff are very helpful. Just beware, it IS the Antelope Valley so you run into very sketchy people EVEN here... Oh well what can one do right?
