Very positive experience at American Family Insurance. We have been with them since October, 2015. We had a little problem with gap coverage. Sylvia went to bat again and again to help resolve the issue. Her attitude was, “there must be a way we can make this happen”. In short, she made the impossible happen. Sylvia was easily reachable via phone, text and email. Very professional, ethical and understanding. She treated us like she would her own family. We will definitely stick with Sylvia because she will do everything she can to get you the best rates and excellent service!

I had an issue with the bank telling me I had not provided sufficient proof of coverage and as such were assessing me an 800.00 gap coverage policy. After making no progress with the bank for over an hour they suggested I call my agent. It was 5:00 on Friday but Silvia called the bank herself and went through in detail with them as to why it was there mistake and got them to remove 800.00 dollar fee. I really appreciated her willingness to work for me to get it resolved even with it being late on a Friday and it not really being her responsibility.

Sylvia and her staff are AMAZING!!! Any time I have questions, they are all so wonderful to deal with. They respond in a timely manner, are friendly and courteous, and are competent and knowledgeable about all the products that American Family Insurance has to offer. I never really had a "good" insurance experience until I started working with this office. If looking for a new agent/insurance, I HIGHLY recommend seeking out Sylvia Hoyer!!! SO GLAD I FOUND THEM!!!!!

Having American Family for the first time has been the worst experience ever. They have terrible customer service and do not have work ethic. I would never get this insurance for me or my family. I do not recommend anyone to get this insurance, especially with this agency. They will never resolve your issues because they never answer the phone. I highly regret of getting my insurance with them.
