Used to be great, and I was a loyal customer for 10+ years. But when Allstate resorted to writing an estimate covering only 1/3 the cost of fixing my vehicle and sending Consent To Rate letters to many of its clients to force them to allow Allstate to charge more than the state-mandated maximum before agreeing to renew the policy, this agency was argumentative and unhelpful in their handling of my renewal, right down to a snarky E-mail response after I moved my policies to another carrier. I referred two of my friends to them over the past year and they received the same cold treatment and signed elsewhere. Good riddance.

We recently moved to the area and needed to get a new insurance agent. We had some good experiences with Allstate and decided to stick with them. We found Jaclyn on the location finder and she was the highest rated agent so we thought it was a no brainer. We worked with Brenda and she was amazing, very nice and prompt. She quickly gave us a quote and explained the differences in auto insurance in NC compared to our previous location. Overall, we are very satisfied. The only downer was we spent our time at the DMV getting plates instead of being able to go to the customer appreciation day. I hope they have it again!
