Davis Grove

My girlfriend and I went camping over the weekend and had a great trip. My car was doing great no problems whatsoever all weekend. That was until we where heading home. My car just crapped out on me without and warning or lights on the dash. We where still two and half hours away with about 200$ between us. Long story short I called Geico and told them I needed road side assistance. Took the truck a bit to get to us. Mainly because the directions they gave the driver where 30 miles off. But when that happened they bumped the coverage from 130 miles to 166!! We only ended up having to pay 70$ with tip to get her back home, which was about 180 miles. Great experience on both ends. Big shout out to James at Central Utah Towing and Recovery and their great service.

Terrible customer service when dealing with claims. Everyone I spoke with tries to blame another department and contradict one another. DO NOT do business with this company. The amount I saved on my policy by doing business with them is not worth the wasted time in trying to actually work with them. When it comes time for them to actually work a claim (the first claim I have had since I started with them 3 years ago) they show why they cost less. Pay the extra couple dollars a month to work deal with an ethical company.

Everyone knows that Geico is a great company, but what I really love is the service that I get whenever I call or visit his office. Everyone in the office seem so happy and friendly. Melissa, Jonathan, Jodi, and all the rest take such good care of me… I will never go anywhere else and would definitely recommend them to family and friends… In fact… I have! I read a couple of the reviews on here, and it was kind of sad because they were about Geico in general, not my agents office. My agent is awesome!

stay away , 1 car your the same as everyone else , talk full coverage , i was there for 7 years , i asked to be reviewed every 6 months , no , there is no lower than what you have. when i was canceling then they wanna meet it , bleeding their customers is what i see , for what i was paying , my new company also added a newer eclipse , fuul coverage and still i am under what i was paying with them

Great customer service. I setup my policy with the local office and they were so helpful and were able to answer all my questions plus determine what was best for me. I have called other insurances to get a quote and this office by far has been the best when it comes to customer service and help. I highly recommend using them! you guys and girls in Murray rock

I agree. Totaled my car, do not work with you. Should not be in business and they are taking advantage of people. I have had an open claim now that they have not taken care of for over 8 months and nothing. I have had zero progress. This is wrong and I have been unemployed with them towing my car and not giving me anything to deal with this. Shut them down.

My account was screwed up and problems with the PC , She was patient and very pleasant , she took the time to explain as well as to apologize for the wait. She helped me with my home and car insurance, I was a wreck at the time but she was so patient with me through all my tears she managed to take care of all my needs. I have called around for a week to get new insurance and being under 25 and a single male everyones rates were over 125 dollars more than what I ended up with using Jody and Geico.... all it took was one phone call with Jody and she got me taken care of! awesome customer service
