Two years ago I relocated from Minnesota to NC. I contacted this agency and talked to Teri and Robin. Teri, Robin and their co-workers in this office did a great job in transitioning all my insurance policies from MN to NC. They made good suggestions in adjusting my policies whenever there is a change in my insurance need. People in this office are very friendly, professional and cautious. I never need to call them more than once when I need to change something (payment arrangement, sell/buy a car, moving from apt to house, etc.). They never bother me but I know that I can count on them when I need them.

I called the office to request a fax of our policy for the storage unit we are renting when Terri answered. She recognized my name, as we are dealing with the aftermath of a fire in our home, and talked on a personal level of her experience with a fire . That conversation was so helpful is so many ways, especially freeing me from holding on to all the things I have been laboriously trying to save. I still wash and clean some, as my kids stuff are treasures to me and have no monetary value, but that phone call was timely and liberating and taught me a few lessons. Thanks Terri !!!

Having State Farm from other state for a long time, Robin made our transition very easy after we moved to NC 2 years ago. She is always there for us when it comes to the insurance issues and questions that we may have. And all the staffs in the office are very helpful and friendly every time we walk in.
