I have used many mortgage professionals over the years. Fortunately, approximately 12 years ago I reached out to Dave. He did such great work, that he is the only one I have trusted, and will work with since. He has all the experience, markets, and relationships necessary to provide any need I have; including referring others if he believes they are best for me. Regardless, he and his amazing staff own the entire process, so it is a very efficient and a stress free experience from day one. Further, he and his team are incredibly responsive, indefinitely, after close for any questions I may have. I certainly have taken advantage of that. Finally, he and his team are simply great people.

I would recommend Dave to anyone. 4 Stars - Dave was great! I was a little surprised when my loan got sold to another bank prior to making my first payment. The good news is it was sold to my bank so the payment process is super convenient. I like to think this was done intentionally, b/c it made my life a lot easier. At the end of the day, I would recommend Dave to anyone.
