Charles was the best! I know absolutely nothing about the finances involved in buying a house and he patiently walked me through it. He was so responsive- answered my questions at all hours of the day AND was super respectful and considerate of my unique schedule (night shifter). We were able to close early and move into our dream home sooner thanks to all the hard work Charles did. When I buy a house again (hopefully far, far in the future) I will definitely give him a call!

One thing that really stuck out about Charles was he was available anytime of the day, even on the weekends. He was also able to answer all of the small questions we had and responded quickly!
