Solo Solo

Concord was amazing for my home purchase. The team is friendly, extremely responsive, and very knowledgable. I was one of their first purchases with many of the new regulator rules and the team actually finished the loan from start to finish in 2-3 weeks (4 weeks closing time was already cutting it close, and they crushed it). There rates are also comparable to any of the other banks/people I spoke with, actually cheaper than a few. Closing costs are reasonable and seemed to be at least ~$1k less than others. For reference I worked with Sam, Jeremy, and Deb.

I was very anxious about buying another home, because my first experience was horrible. Jeremy was always easy to reach (variety of ways: email, phone, and text.) He was detailed and explained everything clearly. He took the time to offer options and outlined the pros and cons to my specific situation. I am so pleased with the process start to finish. As a side note: Sam and Debra were also awesome!I mention this because when Jeremy was on vacation Sam and Debra were also wonderful.

The team over at Concord was very responsive, I never felt like they were lagging in any respect. Their electronic documents system is new and confusing -- they definitely have some work to do there. That said, it never became a problem, because they received all the documents I uploaded and/or emailed, and never asked me for the same doc twice. Everyone was friendly and they got the work done well in advance of closing. Thanks!

Very much displeased. Miles Miller, with the Westerville group. Fails to return phone calls in a reasonable time span. Also is not able to perform basic job requirements. Nor has the knowledge, that was taught from day one. Would not recommend. You will waste your time and money.
