Evangeline Day to day

I have used Florida Central for the last 30 of the 35 years of my life and would not go anywhere else. The employees have been there for years and they not only know their jobs but know you as a customer on a personal level as well. I come from a family of 10 5 of which still have an account here. Two have pasted away and two have moved out of state and well the other just does not use a bank at all. I have an account at Sun Coast Credit Union as well for a boat loan I pulled two years ago and there is no comparison. As soon as my loan is up I am canceling my service with SCCU. They are all about the money and their customer service is like talking to a wall. I highly recommend FCCU.

This bank is a joke.... never have i seen such a sorry bank .. the people there are morons... getting a car financed here was the worst decision i could have made... they never pick up , and if they do there clueless to whats going on and on top of all that crap there attitude sucks ... and i now i am going to get some stupid bla bla i am sorry bull crap

Bank needs more personal working.It takes 40mins-1hr to do a transaction. There is always one person working. Overall a good bank.
