The staff at Fairway is incredible. From the first phone call to the closing, they were personable and responsive. The office staff was incredible to work with. They were able to get my husband and I pre-approved for our mortgage within hours of our first phone call. From there on, the staff was always available to answer any of my questions and through the entire process, they let me know exactly what they needed and when. Their communication style is clear and easy to understand. That is what I appreciated most about working with them. Also, they provided weekly updates that let you know where they were in the process. This made me feel at ease knowing that my loan was being actively monitored. I will definitely recommend Fairway to all my family and friends.
