Correa Insua provided us with everything we needed to purchase our new home. From start to finish, she was there to handle all of the problems that popped up. She kept in constant communication with us and she was always in step with the process so that we stayed on course. She even , somehow, managed to keep the paperwork up to date, which is a chore in itself. I will HIGHLY recommend Ms. Insua to help you with your purchase of a new home. One additional note. When you talk to her, she listens. She treats you as a person. To me, that is a very important trait. One example. When you schedule an appointment with her, there does not seem to be a time limit. She will not only answer your questions, she will make sure that you understand the answer. She knows that buying a home is a lot of stress for the buyer. With her knowledge and understanding of the house buying system, that stress level is minimized. Like I stated earlier, I HIGHLY recommend Correa Insua to help you with your purchase of a home.

I was referred to Steve Ledford by family, and it was the best place I could have started. He was very responsive to email, and when I had a chance to meet at his office, he already had estimates of all the potential loan amounts that I was interested in. I was pre-qualified that same day, and was able to jump right into the home shopping. With the market being a bit sporadic right now, the financial aspect for me was by far the easiest part of the whole process. Steve made everything really simple, and was patient with all my questions as a first time home-buyer. Though out the entire process, I was able to reach out to Steve for answers to any and all questions. My wife and I close on our new home next week, and we certainly are extraordinarily grateful for all the help Steve has given us along the way. We will continue to use Compass Mortgage in the future for all our home buying/selling needs.

The service my family and i got was above and beyond anything i ever expected. We dealt directly with Joey Manning and he made my wife and i very comfortable from the beginning. We moved in to our new house on December 1st which i thought would be impossible especially when we found the house we were looking for only a few weeks prior. Joey made everything super easy for us and most importantly took a lot of stress off our back. There are not to many people out there that would give you there personal number and tell you to give them a call at anytime with any questions you have or concerns and also do it so graciously. After spending almost a year with a suggested individual from a friend and getting no where except my husbands credit score being damaged and paperwork not done properly, I pulled out the phone book and searched for mortgage companies. I ran across a few and left messages with several. Compass Mortgage was the only place to call me back. I had spoken to Correa and she scheduled an appointment for my husband and I immediately. Correa got right down to business and completed our mortgage in a timely manner, fixed all that was incomplete from previous mess, and closed our mortgage just in time for us to take a family vacation. I have known Eric Struchko for a long time and 5 years ago my wife and I decided us him as our lender for our first home. We were extremely pleased with him and Compass Mortgage for all the work they did for us. Our house was a short sale so it was a long and dragged out process but Eric made sure that it went as smooth as possible. Then this year in February we decided to refinance our home and used Eric again as our lender. Eric and the team at Compass Mortgage meet and exceeded all our expectation again. The whole process took only a little over a month and I called him numerous times after working hours and he still took the time to help me out. Correa Insua is a life saver! She helped us through our first home buying experience, along with our spectacular realtor, Brenny Zanilla. They are a dynamic duo! Correa had tremendous patience with all of my first homebuyer questions (even when she had to explain things to me multiple times) (: she truly made what I had always heard to be a stressful, long process very manageable, always communicating dates and information clearly and timely.
