I HAVE NEVER WITNESSED A CLOSING GO SO QUICK AND SMOOTH. SAMANTHA, ROBBY, AND THE REST OF THE TEAM EXCEEDED ANY AND ALL EXPECTATIONS, AND IN A RECORD TIME. OTHER REALTOR AT CLOSING EVEN SAID ALL HIS CLOSINGS HAVE BEEN EXTENDED YET HERE I COME CLOSING A WEEK AHEAD IF SCHEDULE. MY REALTOR RACHEAL HERNANDEZ SAID THEY WERE BEST FIRM TO HAVE. AND SHE WAS RIGHT. ITS ONLY BECAUSE SAMANTHA AND THE TEAM WORKED AROUND THE CLOCK TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN. WITH THEM BEING 2 STEPS AHEAD THROUGH THR HOLE PROCESS. IT TRULY WAS AN EFFORTLESS EXPERIENCE. NOT ONCE DID I FEEL ANY DOUGHT OR HESITATION. EVERYONE WAS ALWAYS IN A GREAT AND VERY POSITIVE MOOD. THEY ALL WORK SO WELL TOGETHER. THANK YOU SAMANTHA AND ROBBY. I GOT MY KEYS AS PROMISED.
