As a first time home buyer, I was naturally anxious about purchasing a home. I had great pleasure in dealing with Bill Hall and everyone at American Liberty Mortgage (ALM). I was referred to Bill by a co worker and after wasting 30-45 days dealing with another firm. I will say I wish I would have met them earlier in the process. With only about 50 days before I had to move, Bill, ALM and my agent Cheryl Brewer got to work for me. Bill, Chris and everyone at ALM are extremely professional and will provide an invaluable service. I was impressed with how smooth the process went and even though we had a few bumps along the way, Bill and his team were always honest and straightforward and very reassuring. Conveniently for me, just about everything was done online with e-signatures and really sped up the process allowing for almost immediate follow ups. In the end, we are extremely happy and they made buying a new home a gratifying experience.
