We had started the process with a different lender but changed to Guild Mortgage in the middle because of their incompetence and archaic business practices. They did not have online signing and we had to mail everything to them. We live out of state so this delayed things. Our son lives in state and he drove to the bank to deliver paperwork, which was inconvenient for him. We have never regretted changing to Guild Mortgage. Taylor has been wonderful, along with her support staff. She has been available at any time and has always said to call her if we have any questions, which we have done. Everything moved along smoothly and my husband and I have been able to do everything online, including signatures. Taylor always kept us up to date by email through the entire process, so we knew what was going on at all times . If we sent an email or left a message she responded promptly. We appreciate their professional approach to all aspects of this process.

We found Guild Mortgage personnel to be efficient, timely, and professional. Any questions and/or concerns brought forward were answered immediately and thoroughly. Further, we were able to make contact-even on weekends if necessary-which proved to be a critical piece in the timing of the final decision regarding the purchase of our condo. Lastly, Taylor Winkler, our finance officer, was instrumental in moving things forward at record speed. The team worked in tandem to ensure that all steps in the process for finalization were in place. We were treated with kindness and respect throughout each step of the process from onset to closure, and would highly recommend Guild Mortgage Company to those wishing home financing, whether experienced or first home buyers.

After searching for a little while on the Internet, I found a bunch of National Lenders. All of these lenders were really easy to get a pre-approval letter from, but none of them really did their research. I found this out when I decided to talk to Chris at Guild Mortgage. Chris and his team over in Everett, are very thorough, and check all the boxes before sending you out in the market with a pre-approval letter. They consistently check in with you through-out the process, and make buying a house very easy. So easy we closed a week early!!! At the end of the day, I really enjoy having a local lender, someone who is going to know all the local regulations and formalities, and someone like Chris at Guild, who has a great reputation.

What is generally a stressful and difficult process of purchasing a home (especially the first time around) was made easy and enjoyable with Guild!
