Ryan assisted me in exploring loan options for a house remodel on a house that I did not get. His honest assessment of the best place for my loan would be a bank, showed me a level of honesty and integrity that I value highly. He spent long hours working up plans and estimates for me. He is a very hard worker as he did some work for me on the home I did buy and turned it around in four days. Normal time would have been two weeks. He is very professional and yet has a personal warmth that inspires trust. You know he is who he says he is. He goes above and beyond the normal requirements in every area; a rare trait in business today. I highly recommend him as he is very competent and knowledgeable in every area.
