There were three people I worked with (Brianne, Barbara & Christy). All of them were friendly and informative to work with. We had a credit item on our record that was a mistake and was supposed to have been removed, but was not. They were able to get this removed in order to give us a better loan rate. They provided us with several options to help us decide what was best for us in refinancing our home. They made the process hassle free and organized (never asked for the same paperwork multiple times like we have experienced with others). Once the credit was resolved, the whole process went fast and smooth. Thank you for all your help.
