The Marrison Law firm provided horrible representation for my wife during her divorce from her previous husband. Our "lawyer" did not follow our plan for the day of the hearing, she was late, some of her legal advice was later found to be wrong, ignored pertinent evidence that we provided, she didn't pursue any questions that would have helped our case, showed blatant disregard for the best interests of my wife's children and for her client (my wife). We had to submit some of our evidence multiple times, via email, and repeat many of our intentions over the phone with her, leaving us to believe that we were not her first concern. All of this while charging us for resubmitting paperwork that her co-worker submitted incorrectly (after telling us they wouldn't), repeat phone calls, and poor planning. Their initial quote for her divorce was extremely low when compared to the final price, and to top it all off (I'm leaving a lot out) they were very rude when we disputed some of the charges, we were yelled at and sent dirty emails, they refused to discuss the charges, did not give us a military discount (I guess they aren't military friendly after all), leaving us disgusted with the service provided and ultimately leaving our children as the ones hurt the most. Furthermore, after researching Colorado law, I also found several areas where she was extremely weak and poorly versed in the law. Do not do business with this law firm.

Their legal staff is very consistent with providing professional, thorough, patient, detailed and prompt action as needed. They patiently answer my questions, and I typically have a lot of them. In fact my ex-spouse went as far as to deny me parenting time and ignored conditions outlined in court orders just because she could. That quickly changed once I retained Brenda as my attorney. To be honest, I have to say that retaining her was the best move I made for hiring an attorney. I highly recommended her for any child custody or child support issue you may be facing. I found her to be very professional, straight to the point, extremely knowledgeable, but most of all she proved to be successful in court. She then took her personal time to help me resolve my issues and addresses all of my concerns in a way that made me feel like I truly matter. It is with endless gratitude to have the Marrison Law firm representing me for my divorce. They took my case with NO retainer and still have yet to get paid. I owe over $10,000. They were suppose to get paid from a trust account that was ordered by the court instead my husband spent it. Additional filings will be made this week with the court. The law is a process and sometimes things do not work out as we had hoped. I believe all things are for the good. Without my faith in The Lord and the dedicated staff at Marrison Law Firm, I would not have been able to endure such a painful and sad circumstance. My attorney explained the issues in advance that I would need to deal with, and the guidance in the area of spousal support was particularly excellent. The end result was a very satisfactory and fair outcome. My attorney had extensive hands-on experience with the local area courts which helped guide my strategy related to arbitration.
