Im not sure about being on the phone for 5 hrs and all that. The first time I called the woman who answered set me up for an appointment the next day. I went, signed in, paid the 5.00 and waited maybe 20 mins and an attorney came got me from the waiting room and took me to an office where we discussed the case. They werent able to help me as I need to go to another county but he was able to give me advise, information and told me specifically what to ask for. I was happy with the service and I am glad I went tho I wish they could have helped me but it was out of their hands. I barely spoke to the receptionist but she seemed friendly enough, the attorney that helped me and the one who stopped me in the hall were very nice and courteous and not at all condecending.

You get what you pay for. On second thought, that $10.00 is waaaayyy too much for the "advice" they make you think you are getting.
