Do not bank here. I am tired of them illegally freezing and taking money from my account. And also tired of "im not sure why this happend sir" excuses. Worst support, and RUDE staff almost every time. I prefer credit unions over larger banks but my god what terrible service. I have to create a gmail account with a fake name so they dont harrase me more because I know they will. And no I am not some old man, I am in my early twentys, I have a family to feed. I cant afford to have my debit card denied when there is over $1000 available. Rediculous.

Every single time I call this branch, they exceed my expectations. Every staff member is extremely helpful, patient and kind. They are so good about communicating back and forth when there is a problem and I always feel like they are truly doing everything they can to help.
