I would like to say that everyone I talk to at Biglow is great to talk to. They are very courteous and helpful even if the person I am wanting to talk to is unavailable at that time. I have been with Biglow for many years now, going back to when it was Grove Insurance and that should tell you that I am completely satisfied with the service I receive. I especially like the fact that I can call and have my accounts grouped together or separated at my request (I know I can be a pain) but they just treat me like I am a special person and I really like that. So keep up the good work Biglow. And than you for your service as you are all special.
