Went into their brand new building 2 weeks ago around 4pm. Only tellers were there. Male teller was able to assist a little but could not answer all my questions. I guess the experienced customer service employees leave early. He said he would call me the next day when someone else with more experience could answer my question. Still waiting.

Waiting on hold for 15+ minutes and being subjected to horrible distorted music is just insane!! My other bank values my business and picks up the phone in a timely manner always ready to help. So far I have been told that I should do my banking online to save this hassle, but I enjoy asking questions of a live person.

Does anyone still work here? I am currently on hold with this obnoxious chirpy annoying message they have playing in my ear for 15 + minutes. I was calling for one issue but I guess am now calling to close my account. This is ridiculous.
