This is the main branch that will approve or deny your loan. Most likely deny. They have denied me every time I tried. I have great credit. Been with them over 10 years. I got a 2000 loan before with my car as collateral. Not only did I make more than the minimum payment due...the loan was paid off early. Then when they deny you, they wont tell you to your face. They just hope you figure it out for yourself. No letter...and no phone call that was promised. I only knew cause of what I found from the application status on their website. The people can be nice very little of the time otherwise they are rude quite frequently. I am searching for a new place to bank with. I would recommend anyone else do the same.

If you want hassle free banking use anyone else but Mid Minnesota. Costumer service is ridiculous and unwilling to help with any issues or questions you have.

Have a line of credit, bills came out; all of a sudden....my line of credit got cut in half without my knowledge and got smacked with NSF fees.
