THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! From the time I hired them they passed my case around to 7 different people! I found out about somebody new handling my case by me calling them. I always complained about being updated (in the most respectful manner). I always had to give info to a new person on my case so the communication amongst themselves lacked as well. When it came time to settle my case i finally got to speak with Jeff. He called me out my name then apologized after me letting him know that it was disrespectful. When explaining my concern on the case Jeff became insensitive and got loud on the phone threatening to release me. If I could rate 0 stars I would. It is now one of my passions to make sure nobody else gets the same treatment from Rasansky law Firm! STAY AWAY!!

The staff and Jeff expelled any concerns I had over the legal action I was seeking.
