This review is for anyone who is contemplating whether to use the services of Chalaki Law. I was in a car accident where my sister and I were hit. It was evident this accident was not our fault. Being that this was my first accident; I was terrified and confused. I searched around and found Chalaki Law. Mr. Chalaki answered my phone call right away and met me to discuss my accident. The level of sensitivity he displayed towards my case is what has differentiated Mr. Chalaki from others. From the moment, I started this journey with Chalaki Law, I was briefed, prepared, and taken care of by the staff and lawyers. There was never a time where we were left in the dark, or given no answers. I remember calling Mr. Chalaki on a Sunday evening 4 times, because I would hang up and think of another question to ask. Each time Mr. Chalaki answered and assured me that everything would be okay. Unfortunately, our case ended up in front of a jury and judge due to the lack of care on the insurance companies side. I cannot stress enough, or write enough, how diligently and compassionately we were taken care of during our court case. My lawyers fought for us and they did not stop until we were satisfied and until we won our case. It was certainly not a matter of them gaining anything from our case, it was a matter of them fighting for what they knew was the right thing to do. Again, if you are debating whether to use the services of Mr. Chalaki and his team, I strongly advise you to go ahead. I almost wish my case was not completed because I would love to continue to work with Chalaki Law. You will not, and CANNOT, find any other law firm that will handle your case with such humility and care.
