Okay, I am always in a hurry, running late and speeding in Dallas. Now it is nothing reckless like driving under the influence or texting while blowing through a school zone. However, speeding is speeding most anywhere in Dallas and DPD does like to write speeding tickets. Anyhow, to summarize my story...I have been ambushed twice recently by the motorcycle patrol on Skillman Road heading toward Mockingbird. Caught red handed doing 15 - 20 MPH faster than the posted limit. Twice, I have called on Jason Kipness for help and twice I have had speeding tickets completely dismissed!!! No deferred adjudication, no defensive driving, no nothing! Yeah, it is a little bit luck, but there is still legal skill and strategy involved. Jason knows the Dallas courthouses, prosecutors, cops, judges, court reporters that you will mostly likely run into with our local legal system....Call Jason, a Dallas lawyer you want on your local, legal dream team.
