recently obtained the green card through my employment. I was concerned because I heard that getting a U.S. employment visa was more and more difficult nowadays than before. But I was in a very competent hand. With attorney Jack Kim’s help, everything went very smooth for me. I think it is due to my lawyers’ expertise. All along the process, attorney Kim always promptly informed me with the status of my case, and always promptly responded to my email and phone calls, which really made me that I was in a competent hand. I referred my brother’s H1B case as well. I am so excited that my brother just got H1B visa in Korea. Mr. KIM was prompt, honest, and very competent in area of immigration. Mr. KIM helped me to obtain H1B work visa. I was very satisfied with his work and success. At first, because of a couple technical issues with my employer, we had some problem in obtaining the approval. What a relief it was to get finally a green card after almost 10 years! Iâ€™ve gone through so much of headache, anxiety, and difficulties that I can write a book about my immigraiton issues. My wife filed a petition for me but the petition got denied because of marrital issue. I was put into a removal proceeding which I did not know about. Later on, I was sought out by ICE. Talking about frustration with USCIS in connection with my case. Almost 10 years of trying to get green cards based on my employment. Attorney Kichul Jack Kim have been in charge of my families immigration status since 2006. From F-1 to R-1 and now I have obtained Permenant Residency.
