Returned calls leave much to be desired. I cannot comment regarding my direct dealings with Steve as he is not who my wife and I have dealt with but our experience has been less than stellar primarily due to poor service in returning calls. I’m not going to sit here and rip on them because no one is 100% perfect but when an agent is no longer employed at your office and they have their email “out of office” reply on and no one is following up on those emails and voicemails (where it has been inferred that you are shopping other agents) that is poor service. That is an agent’s entire book of business that is not being tended to. Took our business elsewhere.

I was introduced to the Steve Kunkle agency by my real estate agent when I first moved to Albuquerque from Los Angeles. Since that time I have transferred all of my insurance policies to the Kunkle Agency because of my satisfaction with the way my homeowners policies were handled.
