Our company has been wih Benefit Strategies for years, NO major problems of any kind on my end. They are always helpful. Communication has always been GREAT, nice to deal with a local company and not having to deal with a NO FACE large call center that really could care less, you can go to the local office and speak face to face.

Great customer service. Worst website ever, causing me to make a simple mistake which then led to money, $85, continuing to be taken out of my paycheck for the month leading up to my previously planned departure, which I then lost. I could not be reimbursed.

Incredibly difficult company to work with. Hr/benefits departments beware! Benefit strategies will be a huge time suck for your employees. Employees, do not trust this company with your money.
