I have been with Bonnie J Perkins agency for over 10 years. My husband and I have been married for over 45 years, so in that amount of time, we have been with multiple insurance agencies. I can honestly say that I have never ever received the level of service or coverage that we have been given since switching to this insurance agency. Bonnie and her team go above and beyond to make sure the coverage that we have is within our budget and yet brings us the safety net that we need. Multiple times we have been taken care of when crisis has come and been helped through the details of dealing with lots of paperwork. Bonnie has also made certain that we qualified for every discount that was possible, and as a result our coverage has increased and our premiums have decreased. I drove to Chicago for the Thanksgiving holiday and on my way back to Duluth last Saturday evening, a deer came out of nowhere in Spooner, WI and I hit him. It was awful and scary BUT your team at Farmers has made the whole incident better. I have been so impressed with everyone that has handled my claim; especially since I was able to get towed back to Duluth that evening…which was amazing. So thank you to Farmers for making the claim process so easy and efficient but for also being caring and kind to me during an awful night and getting me out of trouble.

My experience with Bonnie and her team at Farmers was extremely easy, low pressure...and do I dare say fun? I was able to sign documents online, and while purchasing a home, saving myself a trip was much appreciated. Bonnie was also able to increase my auto insurance coverage and still save me money. Take the time to pay her a visit in her office (which sits right above the lake walk on Lake Superior). The views and the company are outstanding.
