My wife and I are moving to Duluth, we purchased a home with cash no mortgage and we are shopping for home owners insurance. My wife some how got in contact with Eric at this company. Eric from the very start was very aggressive about us buying car insurance from them, even going as far as telling my wife that the current company that we have and that are happy with is essentially for low lifes with bad driving records.. For the record eric, our driving records are completely perfect and we are very satisfied with coverage, price, and convince of the website. Eric said to my wife "is there something i should know that you arent telling me about your driving record" when we made it clear that right now we are just wanting a home owners policy. The conversation and the rudness continued and ultimately we will never use this firm. As for a suggestion to the noted agent: terrible approach to gain a customer, we may have bought many more products from you if you could have handled the 1 task we came to you for and reframed from disrespecting my wife.
