Patrick and his staff are awesome! I have been a Realtor for 10+ years, selling homes in the Overland Park and surrounding areas, and I do not hesitate to refer ALL my buyers to Patrick. Having an Insurance Agent I can refer my clients to is extremely important and I know Patrick will take excellent care of them; whether they are buying a $100,000 or $1M home, they always get the $1M treatment! The other thing that I enjoy about Patrick, especially for my 1st-time home buyers, is that I can trust that he will make sure they are carrying the coverage they need and explain it so that it is understood. Even though Farmers is extremely competitive with pricing, my buyers tend to go with Patrick not because of price, but they just want him as their Agent.
